Our latest edition in our Trail Pale Single Hop series features an American hop varietal known as "Apollo." Apollo in Greek/Roman mythology is the son of Zeus, and is known to be the god of many things including poetry, music, art, and the sun. Apollo the hop is a crossbreed between an experimental varietal and Zeus (yes its a hop!) Apollo packs a punch and brings forth resinous pine qualities and varying citrus such as lime, grapefruit, and orange zest. We held back on the bittering additions this Trail Pale in order to focus on Apollo's aromatic characteristics. Channel your inner God or Goddess today with this hop forward offering.
