This hop forward lager is named for the beautiful golden flower that grows along the wilderness of our central coast. Crisp, golden, and aromatic Blazing Star uses hop varietals like Hallertau Blanc, Citra, and Loral. Hallertau blanc brings bright floral characteristics with underlying tropical fruits. Citra brings some definitive citrus, along with tropical aromas and flavors. Loral is a new varietal out of Yakima Washington and lends more floral characteristics with some dark fruit and slightly resinous notes. Blazing Star is bright and refreshing. Life can be hectic... don't forget to stop and smell the Blazing Star(s)!
